Zephaniah
1:14-18; Zephaniah 2:1-3; Zephaniah 3:1-2, 14-17
- Help me to heed your warning about the end times.
- Help me not to be rebellious to Your correction, Your word, to Your nudgings.
- Help me to understand fully the consequences of my action.
- Teach me humility in my innermost part.
- Lord, bend me; Lord, I make a commitment to be bent into following you.
- Help me to collect my thoughts together, to gather my life together to seek You now that there is still time.
2 Corinthians 5:10-15
- Persuade me, Holy Spirit of what I believe; persuade me of the power of the gospel; persuade me of the terror of God.
- Imprint your terror, the fear of God, the reverential fear of God that will make me walk circumspectly in humility and obedience before You into my heart.
- Let Your love arrest my heart, let your love constrain me.
- Let me in turn be able to persuade men.
