Characteristics
of a Soldier in God’s army
- Give up your life/will to pursue God’s agenda
- The preparation of life is different compared to a civilian
- Forsake all- self, pleasure, family, comfort and endure hardship
- Your priorities are different- the security of the King and its people is your primary concern
- You receive marching orders only from the Chief Commander; even when you are not on active duty you can be re-called at any time.
- Dying whilst on duty is a honour and privilege
- Will you allow God mobilise you as part of His end time army to subdue the works of darkness and herald His coming?
- Will you as a soldier of the Lord tarry until victory is won?
2

life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.
